Our Story
KMC is a family run business, based in Liverpool. We were established in 2002, supplying 40 stores across the North West with a portfolio of 15 products. The business has expanded rapidly in the past 3 years. With new investment and support from our suppliers, we expect this growth to continue into 2019 and beyond.
KMC now cover the North West and upto the North East of England, with a range of over 50 products . Our customer base includes: wholesalers and chinese supermarkets ie Booker Cash & Carry, Parfetts Cash & Carry, AF Blakemore Group, Peter Lowries, Wing Fat, Chung Wah, WH Lung and Dales along with over 150 independant shops on the high street including butchers, green groceries, convience stores, discount shops, schools and catering outlets.

This product growth has exceeded our expectations. Due to demand, it is now available in both catering and retail packs. It is a versatile seasoning that can be used in a variety of meat, seafood, vegetarian and potato dishes. It is also popular within the sandwich industries.
